Everyone needs a classic white shirt. At $32, this tunic doesn’t break the bank. A lightweight woven twill shirt like this gives a nice fluid drape look that’s both comfortable and stylish for a casual work day. I also thought the squared-off patch pockets were fun.

The 2017 Nordstrom Anniversary Sale will be July 21 – August 6. However, Early Access enables qualified customers exclusive access to the sale a week before the sale is open to the general public. Early Access dates are July 13 – 20. You can shop the sale from this link when the sale is live. Here’s a breakdown of the important dates and times:
- July 13th, 2017 12:01 AM Pacific: Early Access available to all Nordstrom cardholders
- July 21st, 2017 12:01 AM Pacific: The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale 2017 is open to everyone
- August 6th, 2017 11:59 PM Pacific: The sale ends and items return to their normal retail price
What is the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale?
The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is probably the best sales among any retailer for the entire year. The sale is one of the only sales where you get deep discounts on new items for Fall 2017, which is very exciting. This sale isn’t the typical “clearance sale” where retailers liquidate last year’s or last season’s inventory. Nordstrom also has the half yearly sales, but the Nordstrom Anniversary is by far the biggest sale of the year. I think it’s even better than Black Friday.
This event has become legendary among Nordstrom customers who enjoy outstanding savings on the most exciting new fall merchandise, along with plenty of stuff for summer.

Because the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is one of the most exciting sales of the year, it’s also one of the most popular. Fighting crowds at the mall can be tough, so here’s the best way to shop: online with in-store pickup. This lets you shop from the comfort of home, while still being able to pickup your items on the same day. Here’s the best way to shop the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale.
- Mark your calendars for July 13th and check this page for your guide to the best deals and my picks for my favorite styles.
- After adding items to your Nordstrom.com cart, choose the In-Store pickup as your shipping option during checkout.
- You’ll get a text from Nordstrom when your order is ready and you can pickup your items from the store at your convenience. Some locations even offer curbside pick up where they bring it out to your car! It’s really the best way to shop.
- If you don’t have a Nordstrom location near you, don’t worry! Nordstrom offers free shipping and free returns on all orders. Click here to find the nearest Nordstrom location.
Do I need a promo code for the sale?
No. There is no promo code required. The sale is available to all customers, but some customers will be given exclusive Early Access to the sale.
Should I shop in-store or online?
The is sale is very popular and the stores will be very busy. I always recommend shopping online for the best selection. In addition to free shipping and free returns, Nordstrom also offers curbside pickup, expedited shipping, same-day delivery (for select areas), and even international shipping.
Where is the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale catalog?
The 2017 Nordstrom Anniversary Sale catalog has not been released yet. I’ll update this page when it has been released. However, I always take a look at the previous year’s sale to get an idea of what might be on sale this year.
What is Early Access?
Early Access offers Nordstrom cardholders exclusive access to the sale July 14 – 20 before the sale opens to the general public on July 21. It’s the best time ensure the best items are still in stock. If you’re not a cardholder, I recommend it as it has plenty of other perks.
When is Nordstrom Anniversary Sale 2017 Early Access?
Nordstrom cardholders will be able to shop the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale July 14 – 20 which is a week before the sale opens to the general public on July 21.
How do I get Early Access?
Early access to the sale is available to all Nordstrom cardholders automatically. Access is available to all card levels and card types. If you don’t have a card, you’ll need to sign-up for a Nordstrom credit card by July 9. See below.
How do I get a Nordstrom card?
Nordstrom offers two types of cards, the retail card or Visa Signature card. Both cards provide the same Nordstrom benefits, including early access to the sale. However, Visa Signature cardholders will earn additional Nordstrom points with any purchase using the card. Applying is easy and you can start shopping instantly, if approved.
