.01 /.02 /.03 /.04 /.05 /.06 /.07 /.08Happy Monday! How fun is that clutch and those arrow head earrings? Both on my list of wants. I hope you all had a great weekend. This past weekend was pretty successful for me and my husband. We had our very first garage sale with two very good friends. I was thrilled because we sold literally everything. All of our furniture... old clothes...knick knacks and in the process made a little cash money. It was so stinking exhausting, but so fun because we had great company! Now that we have no furniture, we have literally spent hours in IKEA and random furniture stores just lounging and testing out furniture. I'm starting to feel ...
Beauty Talk | Hair Care
This post takes me back to the good ole days of working at the beauty shop. In highschool, college, and up until last summer I worked at a local Beauty Store/Boutique. I LOVED it. I was pretty sure I found my other dream job! Ha! I loved researching products, attending trainings, and just helping people find good hair and skin care. Since I've been around "professional" products for the last 10 years, I have developed into somewhat of a product snob. Bad I know, but I guess you can say I have been brainwashed. My justification is that I only wash my hair three times a week...so $20 a bottle doesn't seem as bad. My Husband would disagree.
Loreal is a company that I have used for years. They pretty much own the product industry. I have tried their drugstore products all the way to their high end Kerestase. While I love Kerestase, it can be so expensive! I have found a product that is in the middle and works as well as Kerestase. The Serie Collection is amazing. I bought this little duo at my recent hair appointment and I have been thrilled with it. I chose the Intense Repair Shampoo and the Masque for my conditioner. This is perfect for the gal that colors, blowdrys, flat irons, curls, etc. Almost all of us ...
Neon Stripes
I have been on the lookout for a great pair of denim roll up shorts that are age appropriate yet still cute. Surprisingly enough, forever 21 had a great selection. Now, I definitely had to sort through the daisy dukes but I managed to find this great pair for a mere 20 bucks. Bargain right? I am still holding out for a nicer pair, but I figured these would do the trick for now. On a brighter note, how fun is the neon stitching on this embroidered top from J Crew? On sale too! Happy Wednesday!

Happy Monday Senoritas! I have an extra skip in my step this morning as it is my first day of summer. It feels so nice being able to sleep in till 7:00 and not waking up at 4:50 (i'm crazy, I know) and getting to sip coffee and lay back and catch up on episodes of the Kardashians and Hooda & Kathy Lee.
This summer I have some pretty big goals. I am not one that likes to just sit...I like to keep myself busy. Austin and I have plans to update our apartment...like completely ...
Chris & Christina Get Married
I am a little late to posting these, but they are too lovely not to share. Over Memorial Day weekend we flew to San Francisco to attend our friends wedding. Yay, Chris and Christina! This was such a beautiful beach wedding. I couldn't get over the weather. It was beyond perfect. I guess when you live in a beautiful place like this with ZERO percent humidity, it's crazy to not have an outdoor wedding. You can pretty much bank on a gorgeous day. The venue was at an adorable bed and breakfast that over looked the beach. Not bad right? Here are some pictures of the rehearsal dinner and wedding! (Do) Enjoy!!
Domaine Carneros
If only I could click my heels three times and be in Napa again. Last week, Amy, Ashley and I spent the afternoon at the most beautiful winery, Domaine Carneros. We enjoyed sipping on all kinds of champagne while the boys spent their time bachelor partying in Muir Woods. This place was all kinds of gorgeous and one of my favorite wineries yet! I mean how hard can it be to spend the afternoon in an 18th century château? Until next time...

Pastels For Spring
Happy Tuesday! I hope everyone enjoyed their Memorial Day and had a wonderful time with friends and family. I had the joy of traveling to San Francisco to celebrate the wedding of Chris & Christina, more pictures coming soon! While in California, I was able to enjoy the 60 degree weather and bust out my trustworthy spring jacket from Zara. I loved pairing the jacket with this blouse from Evie J Boutique. The soft peach was a nice touch for the blue tribal pattern! ...
Keep Calm & Carry On
You know how tax season is crazy busy for CPA's? Well, consider this my tax season. As a teacher, I so look forward to the end of the year. School is coming to an end and summer is calling my name. However, there is much to be done before all of that can actually happen. And in the midst of this craziness , this poor little blog gets set aside. Hence why it's Wednesday and I am finally getting some time to post. While this week is a busy one, it's also a short and exciting one! Two of my friends are getting married on Saturday and a whole group of us are flying out to San Francisco on Thursday to celebrate the occasion. With that being said, I am scrambling to pack some Nappa Valley, Union Square, Monterey Bay appropriate attire. I figure I would hit the easy stuff first- my carry on. These are the things I absolutely can't travel without! And yes, gummy bears is a must. Enjoy!!

Beauty Talk | Self Tanner
With summer quickly approaching I can't help but feel the need to bust these bad boys out. They are my secret weapon to tan skin. I have tried many different tanning lotions, sprays, gels etc. and in my opinion none compare to these.
My absolute favorite is St. Tropez Mousse. Worth. every. penny. This stuff is so good I have even put it on my face (which is super sensitive btw) and it looked like I got back from Cabo. I was a little freaked out by a mousse, but it goes on so nice. It actually comes out brown so you have instant results. Think of it like a stain, for your skin. The s similar to this, but it goes on clear and a little nicer on your wallet. Might be better for you newbies out there. My next favorite is the Tan Towel On The Glow. This is the "designer" version of the Jergens lotion but I like it better. Better smell and doesn't look as orange on my skin. Who doesn't like something that adversities, Look Better Naked? Victoria Secret also has some great sun products. I really like their
